Some Challenges that I faced was doing the fruit illustrations while also trying to maintain a fun but refreshing look that you can see on some alcohol brands, which Somersby was my inspiration.
What i've learned from this project is that capturing the vision of a brand in a area like alcohol can cause you to go in multiple different directions while trying to maintain the clean and sophisticated
look it already has. Also doing the illustrations took longer than I thought which did help me in becoming more efficient in illustrator, while also helping me quickly decide what I like, don't like, and what
does and doesn't work well together.
What I can takeaway from this project is that i'm really happy that I explored using my illustrative skills to help push this brands identity by creating the fruit icons myself.
